Purpose of the job:
Assist in checking expenses claims, prepare schedules, perform SAP clear down and etc.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedules
- Perform SAP matching and clear down
- Stamp “POSTED: on each Travel & Entertainment claim
- File the Travel & Entertainment claim in PARMA ID order
- Verify claims are in compliance to policy and do the necessary correction
- Check that the expenses are classified correctly and do the necessary correction
- Input the claims into the EXCEL upload CSV file
- File labelling
Requirements:
Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accountancy
Self starter, highly motivated, “get the job done” attitude
Proficient in MS Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn
Fluent in English
Working Location : 33 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore 629111 (** Company Transport Provided **)
Working Hours : Mon – Fri / 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Duration : From August 2018 onwards (prefer applicants who can work at least 3 months or more)
Vacancy can be full time or part time depending on availability of candidate.
