- The intern’s job scope will span across various functions of the Marketing Department. He/she will learn how to coordinate various marketing operations, compile internal reports, maintain budget records and liaise with external vendors.
- One of the key roles of the intern will be to organize a variety of events organise customer responses and analyse post-event feedback.
- To assist the marketing team with planning of campaigns during his/her internship, he/she will be given exposure to pitching of ideas and reaching out to potential partners to secure partnerships. He/she will also assist with preparation for media communications including preparing product materials.
- As the Marketing team also handles customer communications, the intern may have the opportunity to assist with articles on the brand’s lifestyle portal, depending on his/her language and writing abilities.
- All relevant team paperwork including purchase requests, invoices, travel requests, project budget updates and internal memorandums will also be taken care of by the intern.
- The range of duties is subject to the intern’s learning abilities as well as level of personal commitment.
Note:
- This position requires a commitment of min 6 months of internship (April 2019 to Dec 2019)
- Internship is only applicable to local University undergraduate
