Job Description

• Monitor, track, evaluate and improve the facility system capacity, efficiency and capability.
• Work with High Sensitive Smoke Detection (HSSD) fire protection system.
• Work closely with operational team on resolving incidents and work orders.
• Upkeep the system maintenance program and maintenance contract.
• Resolve issues from the end-user on ACMV related issues.
• Conduct routine inspection of facility equipments and utilities.
• Coordinate contract job servicing and supervision of contractors.
• Conduct maintenance, repair works and source parts supplies and material for replacement.
• Monitor and control equipment calibration and maintenance due dates.
• Monitor consumable and parts inventory.
• Update and revision of quality records.
• Plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma. 
• At least 1-2 years of working experience is required.
• Experience working in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus.
