Voices Of Asia (VOA) is a Singapore-based social enterprise founded in 2010 to create a safe and supportive society for youths in Asia. We aim to help youths during their pivotal moments and grow in career and personal development. Our initiative was first launched as a form of sharing with aspiring corporate individuals in 2010. This initiative has progressively evolved into mentoring, and we are running 3 main mentorship programmes today - iASPIRE, iLEAD & BLOOM.

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team to make an impact on the youth’s career & personal development. Your work will include supporting the development of our business and partnership through increasing outreach efforts in both offline & online channels. You are also responsible for developing and adapting marketing strategies with consideration of users’ and partners’ needs, and evolving trends. You will also support us in reviewing our brand positioning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Create, design, and deliver effective marketing campaigns that support the growth and expansion of our programs and partnerships

2. Explore other marketing channels for wider outreach

3. Enhance and upkeep our social media presence

4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

5. Manage program communications, ensuring consistency of messaging

6. Collaborate with internal program teams to create the website’s landing pages and optimise user experience

7. Generate content and visual assets from program marketing, which includes, but is not limited to, e-flyers, blog posts, social media, etc., while adhering to our brand styles

8. Develop and update marketing collaterals and content

9. Conduct interviews with our participants and volunteers virtually or physically, via written format or video recording, and showcase that through innovative, meaningful, and inspiring means, to drive programs’ visibility

10. Participate in and support business strategies and development meetings

11. Maintain and track program marketing efforts in the database

12. Support with research and general marketing efforts as needed
