Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Services Team, including scanning of incoming mails, liaison with auditors for audit arrangements, liaison with notary, submission of signed documents to banks and preparation of statutory documents
• Records management, including setting up new files, assisting on ECF procedure, retrieval of archived files etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Relevant Experience and Skills

• Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge on business law
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
