Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Create weekly EDMs and work closely with Graphic Designers to generate content.
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of App Push Notification campaigns.
  • Data reporting and analysis of CRM results to implement growth strategy recommendations to develop customer base.
  • Ad-hoc support on CRM proposals to improve existing CRM strategies.

User Growth Operations

  • Assist with weekly product selection and regional data upload.
  • Support in gamification strategy to improve customer engagement.
  • Help with data reporting and analysis.

Voucher Management

  • Implement CRM, platform and brand vouchers on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and support weekly data reporting on voucher usage and effectiveness.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns with partners like affiliates (publishers, cashback sites etc.).
  • On-board partners and brand ambassadors onto affiliate platform.
  • Manage community communications with brand ambassadors.
  • Work cross-functionally with Graphic Designers for marketing assets.
  • Weekly tabulation and compilation of affiliate results and payout amount.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred.
  • Flair for copywriting.
  • Positive learning attitude and good work ethics.
  • A good team player and is proactive.
