Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet time and budget constraints.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while creating detailed project plans.
Allocate resources, control project budgets, and monitor progress.
Business Analysis and Solution Design:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Work with solution architects and technical teams to design and propose appropriate technology solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to guarantee alignment between IT projects and business objectives.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and project sponsors.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication.
Team Management:
Effectively manage a team of BI and integration specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and development.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in IT project management, business analysis, and solution design.
Proficiency in IT systems, software development, and emerging technologies.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Business acumen with the ability to align IT solutions with business goals.
Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm
Alternate Saurdays- 0845am- 1245pm
5.5 days work week (alternate Sat off)
