Job Description

This role will mainly be responsible for Inventory Management and Delivery Management of our products. You will be part of Service Delivery team that is responsible for a complete range of product services that include Network, Data center, IT Service Delivery and Inventory Control. This is an opportunity to work with a growing company and to be able to perform a variety of functions. You will help our customers solve complex problems faster and avoid unplanned downtime while reducing costs and adding value through advocacy, process improvement and communication.

 

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain inventory control through thorough checking and documentation of all inventoried items
    • Input daily production inventory transactions timely and accurately
    • Generate weekly/monthly report
    • Perform stock checking for products
    • Ad-hoc hardware testing
  • Delivery Management
    • Arrangement and dispatch of hardware to engineers & installers
    • Order Processing and delivery lead time management
    • Validate various documentation, e.g. Ordering Form, Termination Form, Quotation, BoM list
    • E-store requests, e.g. B2B Order/Fulfillment
    • Liaise and build relationship with Supplier/Vendor
  • General office administration
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Some knowledge of service delivery and stock management in an IT environment will be an added advantage
  • Good in MS Office and MS Excel/SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Strong verbal and written communicator to deal with internal and external customers
  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree
  • Team player
  • Comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity
