We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Project Management Office (PMO). As a Project Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level projects across telecom and managed services, including fiber connectivity, SDWAN, firewalls, and Wi-Fi deployments. You’ll work closely with the PMO Manager and Project Managers to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects for large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables
Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, reports, dashboards, and timelines
Assist with resource scheduling, task tracking, and issue/risk management
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to monitor implementation activities (network setup, equipment delivery, site readiness, etc.)
Contribute to improving PMO templates, documentation standards, and reporting processes
Perform data analysis to provide insights into project performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, or similar) is a plus
Interest in networking/telecom technologies (LAN, WAN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, SDWAN, etc.) – prior coursework or certifications (e.g., CCNA) is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
