Work Scope

• Accounting services
• Assist Senior to update accounting records into accounting software;
• Assist Seniors in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards at the end of the financial year;
• Assist Seniors in the preparation of consolidated data;
• Other related accounting assignments
• Taxation services
• Assist Senior in preparation of Corporate Tax and/or Personal Tax Computation
• Assist Senior in preparation and filing with IRAS regarding GST
• Other related tax assignments.

Learning Outcomes

• Learn how the Financial and accounting data is organized and easily accessible upon request
• Understand the preparation of financial statements based on business activities and how it should comply with the regulation requirements.
• Learn the structure of framework, financial reporting standards, identify, apply and improve efficiency of disclosure requirements for company in financial reports and notes
• Learn how to better analyse a company performance.
• Understand the various documentation (income, documentation, prior tax payments, reporting deductions and credits, interests and dividend income) required for tax filing with the government.
• Learn how GST works.
• Learn and understand the process of proper documentation and filing of accounts.
