We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individuals to be part of our VF family as Sales Associate. Reporting to the Senior Store Manager/Store Manager/Area Manager/Retail Manager, the successfully shortlisted candidate will be responsible the deliver the VF brand promise to customers and stakeholders while upholding The VF values.
Sales Associate (Timberland) 6 Months
Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for store daily operation
- Provide personalized styling and consultation service for customer
- Assist in achieving store KPIs
- Provide professional customer services to customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Achieve monthly target for VIP membership recruitment (if applicable)
- Achieve monthly Mystery Shopper Program targets set by the Company
- Execute merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation
- Ensure effective inventory management
- Able to operate and perform all POS functions accurately
Requirements:
- Secondary qualification or above is preferred
- Has more than 1 year of experience in retail environment (Candidates with more experience and good performance record may be considered as Senior Sales Associate)
- Is genuine and possess cheerful service attitude
- Good learning attitude
- Enjoys engaging, working with and serving people
- High sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good Team Player
