Responsibilities: 

1. Update employee attendance through infotech systems
2. Assist in Work Permit matters
3. Assist in recruitment services
4. Handling employee concerns
5. Arranging interviews and participate in interview processes
6. Assist in HR admin duties
7. Other duties assigned by supervisor
8. Handle administrative matters 

We are looking for someone who are:

• Passionate in learning human resource function 
• We Welcome Ongoing ITE student in HRM /Certificate in HRM /Diploma HRM 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
