• Work with the Corporate Development team, along with CEO and department heads to formulate and execute the M&A strategy for the Company
• Assist with research and sourcing of M&A opportunities, evaluation of potential strategic M&A opportunities, preparation of materials related to strategy, M&A and strategic investments, and other work as required and relevant for strategic investments in M&A.
• Perform due diligence, research and analysis on M&A transactions
• Assist in origination, structuring and targeting of new M&A deals
• Prepare business presentations and analysis on strategic corporate initiatives
• Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders throughout the acquisition process
• Other relevant ad hoc projects as needed
