Internship Role: Furniture Business Operations & Sales Support Intern
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on intern to assist our team in day-to-day business operations and client support. This role offers valuable exposure to the furniture industry, covering sales, project coordination, and showroom operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist to answer and handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins
Support sales team in preparing and sending quotations
Follow up with clients on quotations and order status
Help maintain and update product and project information
Assist in showroom display arrangements and daily operational support
Participate in administrative and coordination tasks with production and logistics teams
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to understand basic measurements; knowledge of layout plans is an advantage
Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
Interest in furniture, design, or business operations preferred
