Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and production departments to support furniture projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting furniture layout plans and drawings.
- Support the preparation of design proposals and product specifications.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure accuracy of layouts.
- Participate in showroom display setup and space planning.
- Conduct market research on design trends and materials.
- Provide general support in project documentation and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Ability to read and understand layout plans (technical drawings).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
