Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can own our social presence end-to-end — not just post content, but drive distribution, engagement, and growth across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.
This is not a “schedule posts and chill” role. You’re expected to think like a trader + operator + growth hacker.
What You’ll Do
1. Content Execution (Daily)
- Manage and post across:
- X (Twitter)
- Reddit (r/algotrading, r/stocks, etc.)
- Discord (community engagement)
- Turn internal ideas into content:
- Strategy breakdowns
- Trade insights
- Backtest results
- Product demos (AI → strategy → results)
2. Distribution & Growth (Critical)
- Seed content into relevant communities (not spam — actual value)
- Engage with traders, quants, and fintech builders
- Identify viral angles and hooks (what actually gets traction)
- Run experiments:
- Thread formats
- Short-form vs long-form
- Educational vs controversial takes
3. Brand Positioning
- Help shape how we are perceived:
- AI trading platform
- Quant-first, not hype-first
- Maintain consistent tone:
- Sharp, insightful, slightly contrarian
- No generic “finance influencer” fluff
4. Analytics & Optimization
- Track:
- Engagement
- Follower growth
- Conversion to product usage
- Double down on what works, kill what doesn’t
- Suggest new content strategies based on data
5. Collaboration
- Work with:
- Founders (ideas, strategy)
- Engineers (product features)
- Quant team (strategy insights)
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Strong understanding of:
- Trading / markets / crypto / quant (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing social media accounts with real growth
- Ability to write sharp, concise, high-signal content
- Deep familiarity with:
- X (Twitter)
- Reddit culture
- Fintech / trading audience
Nice to Have
- Personal trading experience
- Built your own audience before
- Experience with AI tools for content (images, clips, automation)
- Understanding of algorithmic trading or backtesting
