We’re a fintech startup building an AI-first quantitative trading and research platform for advanced retail traders and aspiring quants. We work at the intersection of trading, data, and AI, and we move fast.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on outbound role. You’ll help us identify, reach out to, and engage potential partners and customers. If you’re uncomfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, or rejection, this is not the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential partners (trading communities, universities, fintech platforms, brokers, content creators, funds)

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant channels

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain a simple CRM / lead tracker

  • Set up intro calls, demos, or partnership discussions for senior team members

  • Help refine outreach scripts, pitch decks, and partnership proposals

  • Track response rates, conversion metrics, and iterate on what works

  • Support ad-hoc business development and go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills (English required)

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups

  • Organized, persistent, and not afraid to push conversations forward

  • Interest in fintech, trading, startups, or SaaS (you don’t need to be a trader)

  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools is a plus

  • Self-starter mindset — you won’t be micromanaged

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, or community building

  • Exposure to trading, crypto, or financial markets

  • University student in business, economics, finance, or related fields
