Job Requirement 

• Familiar with CMS content management, preferably Adobe AEM CMS platform
• Good command and understanding of Written English
• Good eye for details/quality control
• Has experience of working with ticketing systems is a bonus/good to have
• Able to communicate well with client is a bonus/good to have
• Job role will require day to day communication and interaction with client
