General DescriptionThe Data and Operations Specialist is responsible for support our team in building dashboards, improving data systems, and delivering insights that guide business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining internal dashboards to track operations and performance.
2. Help streamline workflows by setting up simple data management systems.
3. Apply complex rates/formulas across different spreadsheets.
4. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.
5. Consolidate and organize data from different sources.
6. Support in generating reports and identifying trends to aid management decision-making
