In this position you will be responsible for helping businesses invest, merge or resolve financial disputes with other companies.

To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Clear client and engagement risk management;
• Prepare and execute client meetings;
• Interface with clients to discover their business challenges;
• Perform quantitative and observational data analyses; and
• Create and present client recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Deal advisory, due diligence or forensic accounting expertise in a professional services firm;
• Degree/Qualification in Accounting/CFA/CVA/CA/ACCA/Financial Engineering;
• Passing CFA or CVA exam at any level is an advantage;
• Excellent critical analysis, communication skills, client focused and result oriented;
• Very capable in Excel and Powerpoint; and
• Team player, eager to learn, stress resistant, entrepreneurial, pro-active and hands-on.

– Consultant | 1-2 years; and
– Lead Consultant | 3-4 years.
