V-Bunkers Tankers Pte Ltd – Marine Admin

Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support for Marine Department.
• Drafting and collating safety reports
• Coordinating and supporting in preparation for TMSA audits
• Scheduling for Company internal and external audits
• Compile HSSE statistics, monitor KPIs and publishing statistics report
• Arrangements of safety campaigns and trainings
• Monitoring and controlling of Ships’ assigned budget
• Monitoring and renewal of ship’s certificates
• Responsible to Marine Manager for operational matters
• Maintaining fleet circular/memo records and monitoring acknowledgement of receipts
• Documents control for the department; Dispatching documents to vessel and monitoring acknowledgement of receipts
• Processing department Invoice Payment Request (IPR)
• Registration and deletion of vessel
• Handling all Maritime & Port Authority related issues
• Any other duties as assigned by the Marine Manager
• Liaison with Local Administration
• Liaison with Port Authorities
• Verify all vessels bills of all travel, accommodation and food expenses
