Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the ECM team in managing and maintaining client relationships, including coordinating communications and preparing meeting materials
-Support deal execution by helping to organise, track, and maintain accurate records of deal-related documents
-Assist with account opening processes, including collection, review, and follow-up of KYC, FATCA, and onboarding documentation
-Conduct basic market research and transaction analysis to support live and potential ECM deals (e.g. IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, Shares deposit)
-Provide general administrative and execution support to senior bankers and deal teams as required
Requirements:
-Undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
-Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
-Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (including Mandarin)
