The Channel Management (eCommerce Merchandising) team consist of brand account managers that helps UrbanFox’s customers to run their eStores on the different marketplaces. This goes from campaign promotion planning and execution to the full end-to-end fulfilment.
Job Description
1. Provide assistance to the key account managers for brands, by helping to manage the digital sales channels on marketplaces.
2. Work with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process and highest customer and consumer experience
3. Timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various channels with brand
4. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
