Job Description

Upcare Aus Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive with a focus on the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), your primary responsibility will be to source and bring in new customers, specifically targeting NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants. Our business primarily operates online through various facebook groups, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with customers through various digital channels.

The locality of the job is in Singapore and only available to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

The job allows for flexibility with a working from home arrangement, with occasional meetup and travel companionship within Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Driven to produce results: You are motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing abilities: You have strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and articulate the benefits of our products/services.

Preferred:

  • Experience living or studying in Australia: Familiarity with the Australian culture and understanding of the NDIS system is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Source support coordination participants: Your primary focus will be on sourcing NDIS participants who require support coordination services. This involves identifying potential participants in Western Australia or Victoria, and also exploring opportunities in other states.
  • Source participants for respite group programs: Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing NDIS participants who are interested in participating in our respite group programs. These programs are conducted in Western Australia or Victoria.
  • Engage with potential customers: Utilize various digital channels, such as social media, online forums, and email marketing, to engage with potential customers and communicate the benefits of our support coordination and respite group programs.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, their families, support coordinators, and other key stakeholders in the disability community.
  • Provide information and assistance: Respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist potential customers in understanding our services and how they can benefit from them.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to reach the NDIS participant market effectively.

Key Performance Indicators and Compensation:

  • Probation period: During the first month, you will have a probation period. Your goal is to successfully source and secure a minimum of 3 clients per week.
  • After probation: After the probation period ends, your KPI is to secure a minimum of 6 clients per week. For every additional client you successfully secure, you will receive an extra $10.00 per client.
  • Bonus payment: Every time you successfully secure 50 clients, you will receive a bonus payment of $600.00.
  • Base pay: You will receive a base probation pay of $150 for the first month and a fixed monthly base pay of $250 per month after your probation.

Join our team and be part of a mission-driven organization that aims to make a positive impact in the lives of NDIS participants. If you are driven, have excellent English communication skills, and are familiar with the Australian NDIS system, we would love to hear from you. Apply now and help us connect with NDIS participants to provide them with the support coordination and respite services they need.
