Job Description

Upcare AUS Pty Ltd is looking to hire a permanent, part-time personal assistant / secretary / admin assistant to support a co-founder with personal affairs / recruitment / talent management / liaising with others / other tasks assigned by the co-founder. The locality of the job is in Singapore and only available to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. 

The job allows for flexibility with a working from home arrangement, with occasional meetup and travel companionship within Singapore, and potentially overseas- may require travel on behalf of the co-founder as part of representation. 

As a personal assistance, you will have first hand knowledge of the co-founder life, personal and work related affairs. All communication, personal and business-related activities are to be kept confidential.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Affairs such as invitations, delegating tasks and other matters;
  • Recruitment Affairs- be the point of contact with the applicant having their resume and other documents ready;
  • Helping with liaising with other people in regards to person and work related matters;
  • Representing the co-founder at certain events within Singapore and overseas if they are unable to attend;
  • Providing personal care and assistance during personal and work-related trips.

Key attributes

  • Able to communicate in English fluently, write letters, invoices, meeting minutes and other required documents,
  • Highly motivated and demonstrates initiatives,
  • Able to communicate effectively and understand the needs of the co-founder,
  • Able to adapt to situations, and solve problems that the co-founder encounters,
  • Able to offer biopsychosocial supports to the co-founder when required,
  • Able to help undertake research, consolidate and present findings, and
  • Able to offer assistance for last minute notices. 

Beneficial

  • Help with communication with others. 

The working hours is flexible across 7 days and some of the taskings are able to be completed at home. 

As this is a flexible role that is not a 9-5 job, the payment is based on a on-call basis and such the monthly payment is $200.00 - $400.00
