UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd – Officer, Unit Trust Operations (6-month Contract)

We invite qualified individuals to join us by taking on these open positions.

We are looking for a meticulous individual to join our Unit Trust Ops department for 6 months with the following scope:

• Process trade orders with fund managers and transfers of Unit Trust with counterparties
• Liaise with counterparties / CPF board / Agent Banks on settlement and reconciliation of trades
• Work with marketing team and fund houses on account opening, fund onboarding and other AML / DDQ / Annual review documentation
• Maintain and compute trailer fees
• Handle enquiries from both internal and external counterparties and provide sales support
• Undertake ad-hoc projects/tasks to improve / streamline / digitalise existing processes as well as to support new business initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking and Finance or any relevant disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Those with relevant internship experience welcomed to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in VBA an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Meticulous and possesses attention to details
