The Starting Block – Sports Coach

The Starting Block offers Learn to Swim (LTS) programme for all ages ranging from toddlers to adults. As part of our curriculum , we incorporate SwimSafer 2.0 programme as required by Ministry of Education (MOE).

You are: 

1. Energetic and enthusiastic to coach and influence young lives.
2. Patient towards children.

Description: 

1. Teaching children water confidence and water safety. Helping students past their fear of water, or reluctance to perform the harder learning tasks.
2. Responsible for carrying out all administrative tasks associated with your position, including lesson plans, schemes of work and class registers.
3. Integration of the International Learn to Swim Framework and programmes reward schemes into your classes.
4. Delivering an Olympic standard service to customers, responding accurately to all customer enquiries relating to all bookings.
5. Enrol customers onto our programme and ensure that all relevant files and records are updated, including our online booking system.
6. Continually develop product knowledge as it relates to our programme and events to enrich the Customer Journey.
7. Work with the Directors(s) to develop and implement new systems and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and to foresee possible delays or complication and help plan strategies to avoid or minimise them.
