Job Description
Custody Officer (3-month Temp)
This 3-month temporary role will require you to:
- Process share transfer request for inward/outward for all markets.
- Verify and affirm instruction for Singapore trades done for clients with shares under sub-account.
- Process registration and deposition of physical certificates.
- Check share prices uploaded for month end statement generation.
- Proxy services
- Advise clients on forthcoming AGM/EGM for Singapore market
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of proxy votes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD
Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' Level or Diploma holder
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Able to work independently
- Candidates with relevant work experience preferred
