UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd – Compliance Assistant (6-month)

We provide a wide range of services to a diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and local investors. Clients can rely on our knowledge of key Asian financial markets to improve on their investment decisions and portfolios. We invite qualified individuals to join us by taking on these open positions. 

• Assist Compliance Officers in performing compliance monitoring/reviews
• Investigating and reporting suspicious transaction, collation of reports/documents for regulatory authorities
• Other ad hoc clerical duties as assigned
• Possibility of extension

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with relevant experience working in a similar role
• Possess 1 year relevant working/internship experience preferably in the financial industry would be an added advantage
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
• Able to work well independently as well as in teams
• Possess initiatives, logical thinking and good analytical abilities
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Pivot Table/vLookup)
