Job Description
We are looking for service-minded people to join our Client Services team for 6 months, to perform the below role:
- Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email or walk in.
- Assist clients with their log in and online portal navigation issues
- Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
- Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
- Perform outreach to clients for clarification or assist them with their requests
- Other ad hoc duties as necessary
Requirements
- “O” Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma or above
- Good written and communication skills.
- Strong service mindset
- Strong adaptability and capable of multi-tasking
- No experience needed, but experience in a Call Centre or service related role is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
