UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd – Client Services Temp

UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd, the largest stockbroking house in Singapore with a strong presence in key financial centres in the region, UK and US. We provide a wide range of services to a diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and local investors. Clients can rely on our knowledge of key Asian financial markets to improve on their investment decisions and portfolios. We invite qualified individuals to join us by taking on these open positions.

We are looking for service-minded people to join our Client Services team for 6 months, to perform the below role:

• Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email or walk in.
• Assist clients with their log in and online portal navigation issues
• Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
• Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
• Perform outreach to clients for clarification or assist them with their requests
• Other ad hoc duties as necessary

Requirements 

•  “O” Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma or above
• Good written and communication skills.
• Strong service mindset
• Strong adaptability and capable of multi-tasking
• No experience needed, but experience in a Call Centre or service related role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
