Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow-up with potential leads for each of the business verticals via cold calls, emails, f2f meeting or Linkedin
• Prepare pitches, business proposals, client contracts, and any other document as an when needed
• Build relationships with potential and existing, clients, partners, vendors and team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all stakeholders to ensure smooth business operation
• Work with founder to plan and organize marketing strategies, budgets and activities
• Carry out day-to-day sales & operations activities such as scheduling and setting up meetings, sending out reminders, drafting minutes of meeting, following up on action points
• Respond to client enquiries sent via email or text
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to sales and operations

Requirements

• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a 6-month period (min.)
• Preferably pursing a major related to business, marketing, or communications
• Basic visual or video editing skills are a plus
• Have an aesthetic sensibility, high level of ownership and detail
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage deadlines
