Job Summary:
The People, Inclusion & Culture (PIC) Intern is responsible for managing and optimizing PIC processes, ensuring smooth and efficient PIC operations. This role involves handling employee data management, systems administration, and providing support across various PIC functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in employee P-files and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, pre-orientation preparation
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documents (e.g., employment contracts, experience letters).
- Support any employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Lead DIB initiatives for SEA, champion and lead other interns on initiatives
- Design and create PIC infographics and communications for internal communications
- Support interview co-ordinations
- Responsible for internship resume screening and first round screening
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and payroll software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
