· Handle preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification
· Perform material sourcing and delivery
· Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
· Source and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
. Good knowledge in local market costing
· Attend meetings/ site meetings
. Any other duties as assigned by your superiors
· Can performing individually and also a good team player
Requirement:
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, experience in road works and underground works will be advantage
· Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
. Knowledge on Auto-Cad and able to interpret engineering/ construction drawing
· At least 2 years of working experience in Civil Engineering industry
· Good communication skills
· Meticulous in data analysis, Productivity & Innovation, Quality Management
