Job Description
Job Objective:
- Assist with the handling of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) by preparing payments and invoices, and keeping accurate financial records
- Assist with preparation of Statement of Accounts
Core Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of all Purchase Orders, Pro forma Invoices and Delivery Orders
- Assist with preparation of AR and AP Statements of Accounts
- Ensure accuracy of all accounting entries
- Prepare payments via cheques, TT and GIRO
- Support the Account Manager to answer queries from government agencies and external parties
- Provide financial administrative support when necessary
