Seeking Customer Service Intern/ Executive

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide sales quotations.
• Ensure efficient and smooth handling of customer requests.
• Manage cargo documentation for import, export, and local distribution.
• Close files monthly to maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with carriers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Adhere to client's standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to fulfill orders on time.
• Generate monthly reports to track performance and progress.
• Print delivery orders and monitor LCL shipments.
• Scan proof of deliveries for local and LCL deliveries.
• Monitor daily unstuffing activities for imports and save screenshots in shared folders.
• Check for import clearance on a daily basis.
• Update import and export reports daily to maintain accurate records.
