Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support in coordinating and monitoring haulage schedules to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality.
• Assist in preparing reports and performance metrics for customer service operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for the logistics industry and willingness to learn.
