Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities:

Client acquisition through various marketing efforts. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. 

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 

Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions and recommendations. 

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

 

Requirements:

Minimum Local Diploma. 

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Salary: $12-14/hr
