Unicom Event Marketing is the only mobile truck event management company and one of the few companies who provide mobile event trucks in Singapore. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan and execute events to achieve client's marketing objectives
- Assist in preparing event proposals and budgets
- Attend meetings/ get event briefs from clients
- Source for suitable event venues, contact venues and conduct recces
- Acquire event permits from relevant authorities prior to event
- Monitor production before event to ensure client's branding is in good order
- Learn to manage client's expectation
- Onsite event execution
- Assist in updating company's marketing collateral, e.g. website, company profile
- Assist in acquisition of new business accounts (may require eDM blasting and telemarketing)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (good command of English)
- A can-do attitude with attention to details and focused on achieving results
- Able to work independently
- Fun, outgoing and energetic personality
- Passionate and willing to learn
- Comfortable to work in startup environment
- Preferable if can start immediately but not a must
Salary: $800 - $1,000 per month
CPF: Will be provided
Working hours: Monday - Friday 10am-7pm
Will be required to work on weekends during event execution periods.
