Unfiltered Pte Ltd – Events Management Intern

Unfiltered is a multidisciplinary agency that specialises in crafting dynamic events and captivating video content that brings brands to the centre stage. Since 2020, Unfiltered has grown its original brand UnfilteredPresents, hosting pop-up events at unique locations. Unfiltered has also built it's online presence on social media with up to 1 million views on YouTube and 16,000 followers on TikTok using strategic content planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination
• Assist in planning and organising events, including corporate events, product launches, and nightlife parties.
• Support the events team in logistical arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-site event management
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative event ideas and concepts.

Other duties:

• Assist in creating visually appealing event materials such as invitations, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop branding elements and themes for events.
• Support the setup and decoration of event venues to ensure they align with the event’s design and theme.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events across Social Media (TikTok and Instagram)
• Assist with general office duties and other tasks as needed to support the events team.
