We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented to support our team in sourcing potential candidates—particularly from the insurance and banking sectors—and coordinating interview appointments.
Your main responsibility will be to spot strong prospects, initiate contact through LinkedIn, social media, or other recruitment platforms, and help us schedule introductions or interviews. You’ll play a key role in helping us expand our team with the right talent by managing the first touchpoint of the recruitment process.
1. Source Potential Candidates
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and job portal to spot individuals with relevant experience (e.g., insurance agents, relationship managers, bankers).
• Find candidates who show ambition, sales aptitude, or an interest in personal development and career growth.
2. Reach Out & Engage (via calling, cold emails, or LinkedIn InMails)
3. Set Appointments
• Fix appointments with suitable candidates for us to follow up
Salary -
Intern > $1,000 + incentives
Full-time > $2,500 + incentives
We are open to both intern or full-time position
