- Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Greeting customers, responding to queries and providing outstanding customer service
*Handling showroom walk-ins.
*Maintaining the appearance of our sales collaterals.
*Educating potential customers of on-going promos and offers
*Helping with Zendesk tickets and calls i.e. enquiries from customers
*Ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchase.
*Ad-hoc tasks given by higher management.
*Ability to work in an agile environment.
