Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking for an individual who is motivated to learn and elevate his/her accounting skill sets by joining our company for career development. He or she should uphold the professionalism of basic competencies such as being well organized and good time management skills to handle the job task.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Finance department.
  • Maintain proper filing system.
  • Matching and verify payment records for payment approval.
  • Filing & Packing of accounting records.
  • Assist in payment processes to suppliers.
  • Assist in preparation of internal forms for reimbursement and record keeping purposes.
  • Assist in providing payment details to suppliers and vendors.
  • Reconciliation of fixed asset register and tagging.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Have knowledge of basic book keeping procedures and familiarized with financial regulation as compliance.
