Ulink Assist is a Singapore-based assistance provider with over 20 years of experience in providing assistance for medical travel. Ulink focuses on making arrangements for patients from Indonesia, China and Myanmar to receive medical treatment at top private hospitals in Singapore. Additionally, Ulink Assist also serves insurers that require assistance for their members in Singapore and globally (>70 countries). In this regard, we are engaged by insurers to provide: emergency medical assistance, evacuations, repatriations and RMR, travel assistance, third party administration, medical team escorts and other concierge support. Today, Ulink arranges more than 1,700 medical appointments every year and we coordinate ~2 emergency medical evacuations by private jet every week.

Job Description

Interested in healthcare marketing and in working on entrepreneurial projects in a fast-growing company? We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Intern for the Ulink Group of companies, including Ulink Assist, SilverAlly and SilverFleet, with opportunities for conversion into full-time roles:

a) Digital Marketing CRM and Project Management

  • Design and copywriting of website landing pages or EDMs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MailChimp.
  • Plan and execute search engine marketing and optimization (SEO, SEM) initiatives to increase webpage visibility
  • Ad-hoc event planning: (exhibition banners, catalogue ads, brochures, vouchers and giveaways etc.)
  • Act as the project management liason for chatbot software development - planning dialogue flow and vendor-relations


b) Business Development

  • Make commercial recommendations for various product categories (e.g.: Eldercare services, Tele-consultations, Patient accompaniment, Visas, etc.) in Singapore.
  • Implement budget, marketing promotion and sales strategies
  • Design optimised operational workflows for business efficiency and B2B client acquisition
  • Ensure that legal and compliance policies safeguards business interests
  • Planning chatbot dialogue flow: analysing FAQs and translating them into actionable specs grant approval and vendor deliverables
  • Proposal writing and government grant submission
  • Liaising and managing timelines with vendors

Students from any major/faculty are welcome to apply, however candidates that have some prior exposure with project management or design will have an advantage.
