What You"ll Do
- Trade Support: Help process documents like Letters of Credit and Guarantees
- Compliance: Check Statement of Account for Truck & Parts sent by Accounts on weekly basis. Highlight if there's a potential breach/excess of limit
- Reporting: Use Excel to track trade transactions and update risk reports for the team
- Data Entry: Key-in Bank charges and interest invoice & E-filing
What We're Looking For
- Background: A student in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
- Excel Skills: You should be comfortable with formulas and organizing data
- Mindset: Very detail-oriented and curious about how global trade works
- Communication: Able to explain financial info clearly in writing
Work Arrangement
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (WFH)
