Core Responsibilities 

• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Performing daily office tasks, such as data entry into internal databases
• Assisting with fact checks and resolving discrepancies
• Process improvement for Finance department
• Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• To be able to build effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• To be able to apply knowledge learnt in school and apply to real working environment, and able to know the real working world
• Hands on exposure with accounting software

Job specifications 

• Pursuing Accounting, Finance or Business major
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Independent, meticulous and has good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
• Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
• Poly or University Student may apply
