Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and generate new ideas to improve brand awareness and reach client's engagements using social media (Facebook, Instagram etc)
• Design and create marketing collaterals (eg. Catalogues, Brochures, Posters, Videos, Social Media content)
• Formulate and optimise digital marketing promotions and campaigns
• Explorer and penetrate into more online Sales avenues
• Conduct market studies to keep up with latest trend and consumer preferences
• Make recommendations and present information with new strategies and approaches
• Manage e-commerce business
  - Take product photos, listing of products,
  - Day to day operations
  - Handle customer's request, queries, complaints etc.professionally
  - Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign and product strategies to drive traffic & sales
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Digital Business, Art & Creativity or any relevant experience 
• Relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge in photo / video editing tools (eg. Photoshop etc) 
• Good photography skills
• Plesant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Good publice relations and communication skills
