In addition, all hair services will be treated to plant-based and eco-friendly Aveda hair products, with personalized advice from the stylist. Jeric Salon has a strong mission align with Aveda and will retail solely Aveda haircare products at the salon.
Job Description
- Assisting Jeric in promotion & marketing related scope of works.
- Daily updating of Facebook and Instagram.
- Creating interesting topic such as education on hair care, DIY hair video for social media twice monthly.
- Revamping website content and updating webpage as needed.
- Constantly giving ideas to improve company image as well as dealing with customer complaints and feedback.
- Managing 20 influencers to Jeric salon and checking on their reviews.
- Trying out new hair services whenever there are new products, techniques and hairstyles.
- Checking on Advocado marketing and improvising them.
- Synergizing with software provider on customer relationship management such as email, birthdays and appointments, as well as sms messaging and loyalty programmes.
- Advertising & promoting offer campaigns for Jeric salon.
- Improving Jeric salon ranking in beauty cover website and other hair salon ranking.
- Any other duties that may be delegated to you from time to time by the Management.
