Job Overview:
As our base of clients and distribution partners grow, our product needs to constantly improve and adapt to their needs. You will work with the CTO of Twurs to identify key areas of improvement in our current product, prioritize features, and work with the various engineering teams to coordinate on feature delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with founders and clients to identify key areas of focus for our product
- Prioritize features and coordinate with various engineering teams to roll out features
- Work with the engineering teams to scope out features, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with developers using the GitHub code review and pull request workflow
- Assist engineering teams on their HR and recruitment pipeline
Qualifications:
- Current local university student or recent graduate
- Prior work experience preferred
- Coding experience is preferred, especially with JavaScript
- Experience with Git and GitHub preferred
- Able to learn quickly and present ideas
- An understand of business concepts preferred
