TwoSet Violin – Video Editor

TwoSet Violin (www.twosetviolin.com) was founded in 2014 as a Youtube channel, we've attracted audiences with our funny and sometimes painfully accurate videos depicting life as a classical musician. Now, with over 3,500,000 followers on social media and over 400 million views worldwide, TwoSet aims to make classical music relevant to the modern generation through fun, humour and simplicity. Twoset delivers 5 videos each week on their Youtube channel engaging with over 2 million subscribers and garnering an average of 1 million views per day.

We are looking to work with an experienced video editor that has a sound understanding of classical music to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you play an essential role in the creation of original content on our social media platforms. You bring exceptional creative thought and craft and are able to translate ideas / concepts into a seamless storyline for our audience. 

You will be responsible for editing at least 2 videos a week for our Youtube Channel.

Requirements

• Comfortable editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, AVID, or Sony Vegas 
• Familiarity with Photoshop (for Thumbnail creations)
• Sound understanding of video editing concepts (eg: Pacing, compositions, effects, audio editing and mixing) 
• Adequate musical knowledge 
• Good knowledge of youtube culture, memes and trends
• Able to work well under a tight schedule
